Hey there! Before we dive in, every order, and original sale is handled with the utmost care and with as much transparency and clarity as possible.


Art is very personal and I want you to be absolutely OVER THE MOON with your purchase! I want your purchase to be able to make your day just a little bit better!

Returns Policy

All original purchases are final; as they come with a special gift just for you and I personally pay a generous amount to ship them via courier.

Fine Art Prints are very delicate and cannot be re-sold upon return. My business is small and I do not offer print returns so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork for you!

I do not accept returns on Merch as I am not like a big chain clothing company who has the ability to make it new again and re-sell upon return. Please be mindful of this when choosing Merch items, all sizing and other information will be listed in the description for the product. If unsure what size to get, always size up. :)

Liability

I am not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers.

If packages arrive damaged through fault of postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Please refer to the shipping policy for more information. Every item is inspected before clearing for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

I operate in British Columbia, Canada and am not liable for import fees on any products purchased internationally. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and products.

It is not my duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description before purchase.

Items are declared at retail value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

  • I design, print and packages orders on my own, I work at full capacity. Please note, I try my very best to make sure your items are packaged and are dispatched in a timely manner within 1-7 business days sometimes delays in dispatching may occur. I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!

  • The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. I have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All I can do for you is to restate the information provided by the courier. You are provided with this tracking information via E-mail when your order is fulfilled.

  • I work hard to package each order with great care in heavy packaging so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions enclosed. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.

    Damaged artwork: If your artwork has arrived damaged, I will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage and we can try and find a solution together. :) Minor creasing and bends can be flattened.

    If Original works arrive damaged, please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage. Originals are unable to be replaced. A full refund will be issued upon return of the damaged original work.

    Damaged Merch: If your Merch has arrived damaged, I will issue a replacement for you at the next available restock or print run. Please note LIMITED EDITION MERCH cannot be replaced. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage and we can try and find a solution together. :)

    Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. ALL ORDERS COME WITH TRACKING. I am unable to replace any order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so I can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
